This document is a working template and has no legal validity until it is reviewed by a qualified professional and completed with the company's real details (name, tax ID, registered address, registry entry, etc.). Do not publish without that review.

Purpose and scope

These terms govern the provision of plumbing, electrical, drain unblocking, carpentry and general repair services by [Nombre de la sociedad], both as 24-hour emergency call-outs and as planned work, in the Costa del Sol area described on the website.

How jobs are agreed

  • The customer describes the issue by phone, web form or WhatsApp.
  • The issue is assessed and, unless it is a clear emergency, an approximate estimate is given before the technician travels out.
  • The final quote is confirmed after an on-site assessment and before work begins, unless the customer has expressly authorised immediate action in an emergency.
  • The job is considered accepted once the customer confirms the quote verbally or in writing.

Estimates and cancellation

Estimates are valid for [Plazo pendiente] days from issue. Customers may cancel a planned job free of charge with at least [Plazo pendiente] hours' notice; cancellations made later, or after a technician has already travelled out, may incur a charge of [Importe/criterio pendiente].

Payment

Payment is due on completion of the work, using the payment methods indicated by [Nombre de la sociedad] (for example, card, bank transfer or cash). For larger jobs, a deposit may be requested, which will be specified in the quote.

Liability and warranty

Work carried out is covered by a [Plazo pendiente] warranty on labour, under the terms specified in the quote or invoice. To the extent permitted by law, [Nombre de la sociedad]'s liability is limited to the value of the contracted service, without prejudice to the non-waivable rights recognised to consumers.

Consumer rights

Nothing in these terms limits the rights that consumer protection law imperatively grants to the customer, including the right to complain and, where applicable, the right of withdrawal in the cases provided for by law.
